very good portions and worth for money. tartiflette was exceptional, but the raviole a little disappointing, as some of the cheeses, although the pairing with the marmeladen were perfect. definitiw a place to visit for local specialties and cheese lovers

I was on this place to lunch at the last weekend of the january to say so many good things that I don't know where to start, so I start from the beginning. I came to this place after I was recommended by a nice local guy in food business, who told me that I could find good local quest and cheese and someone who would speak English with me there, and a kind of warm hospitality typical of the alpine subregion of the Provence. I am not an expert for cultural values and gastronomic traditions of the contrary, but used as italian to eat the best food in the world since the birth (not braggen, that are facts) I can confirm that this was great and I had really delicious and real eating, something rare in these days. the opposite of the room where I sat was cozy and warm, not so far from the bar where the girl worked there was always an eye to keep me, attentiveness discreet that I lacked nothing I needed. but what really seemed in service was the girl that served me. You know, when you eat at the end alone, is really important that you have a good experience and besides the great food and professional creation of the staff, the girl that served me was on the top still fantasy. she even told me her name (what I forgot of course) and spoke amazing English. she helped me in my selection, took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured that the small level of extra-respect I needed to know that I was not familiar with eating, nor with the culture of the place and that was extra sweet and mindful. she had unforgettable green deep eyes and I think blonde hair. it was about the late midday time, the place was full, but I still got an amazing service from her. I think she is so sweet that I now, almost 3 months after my visit during the Covid19 conclusion in italy, still think of her. do not know their names, do not know who she was, all I know is that it is remembered as one of the best experiences I had, and it was not just because of the food, but also because of the service. 10 of 10 (i would give 11 if I had their number :p)

great place to taste typical local dishes and craft cheese. go only if they can take their time to enjoy their lunch / dinner, service can be a little slower than averange, but this is not an almost food place, but all it is worth.
