I got surprised by the restaurant behind my house. What a pleasure to be invited to the restaurant, to propose the bistro formula at the cedar hostel and to find, in the end, each so happy. Lunch on the shaded terrace, overlooking a splendid park that maintains the freshness of the place, between vineyards and garrigues. we were 5 adults and a 6 year old child around an oval table that adds to the conviviality of our moment together. one of the guests, does not venture and chooses the plate of the day, for 16€. the other 5 share 7 tapas for 47€. three chocolate mousses, for gourmets, some coffees, organic coffee as much as you can, and just at the price of a coffee at the counter in town! all for 100,70€., with the pichet of a local winemaker, very light red, perfect for tapas in summer ... good, I know the reputation of the house, and the winemaker in the pichet. I also knew pride in his wine cellar, the hostess of the place. and I admit that I was tempted by one or the other bottle on the map, each time with an appreciation. But I was invited, and it could have remained a family... So, the desire to renew! I think I'm gonna invite my son! Maybe, even out of the bistro formula, one night at the fraiche, to get him out of Montpellier!

It's always happiness the moments spent in the cedar inn and this time on the terrace one night it's idyllic. A warm welcome to professional and smiling staff. The cuisine always very refined and sought after. the tasting of the olive oil of combaillaux small more original. Don't let the summer pass without testing this beautiful place.

for our birthday I surprised my spouse to take him to the cedar hostel. It was the day of the fathers' feast so we tasted a delicious imposed meal, accompanied by wines from the surrounding areas that we went to visit the next day (I recommend the domain of the uncle, soon completely renovated that proposes cooks with beautiful typicities.) we were able to enjoy the swimming pool, and nature, very relaxing. We had the chance to fall on an evening or a young band of actors played us "the bourgeois gentleman", extremely funny! In short it is an exceptional place with attentive and available staff, I highly recommend it!!

very good meal in a pleasant setting with interesting glass wines choices. the wine map is well provided. dishes are prepared with fresh products.

We have lunch this noon, on the terrace overlooking the cedar and the beautiful park. We tasted in the bistro menu, the opulent menu, the small time chutney chutney home, to fall, the marvelously rosy cooked veal scalope, with its Mediterranean vegetables, organic goat hazel and salad, a perfect set of tasteful flavours. accompanied by a glass of rosé pic st wolf of the mas scaraquier highlighting the dishes, my wife had chosen the dryers at the plancha and dessert a carrot cake, and for me a gourmet coffee that bears her name well. The service is kind, and just in time. We'll come back for sure.
