Rendez cette journée spéciale en dînant à Les Fontaines. Situé à Promenade du Port de Plaisance, 33138 Lanton, France, nous sommes ouverts et enthousiastes à l'idée de satisfaire ton palais. Notre note 3.5 et nos commentaires 204 témoignent de la qualité et du soin que nous apportons à chaque plat.
Précisons que ce n'est pas la première fois (mais la dernière) que nous nous rendons dans ce restaurant.Le restaurant dispose d'une équipe de serveurs impressionnante. En effet ils sont si nombreux que durant tout le repas nous n'avons pas été servi deux fois par la même personne. A peine assis, en l'espace de 2 minutes, 4 personnes différentes sont venues nous demander s'il on voulait un verre. Quand nous finissons par commander sous la pression, tout s'est enchainé d'un coup.Dans la même minute, une personne nous a apporté nos apéritifs (avec des bretzels), une autre nos entrées, une troisième notre bouteille de vin. Le serveur à hésité à nous faire goûter le vin mais ne l'a pas fait, car il s'est rendu compte que nous n'avions même pas pu commencer nos apéritifs ! Mais qu'à cela ne tienne il a ouvert la bouteille tout de même et est passé à autre chose. Du coup, nous prenons quand même notre temps, nous mangeons l'entrée totalement froide bien entendu après l'apéro.Et la suite est identique, dès que nos assiettes sont enlevées, les autres arrivent dans les 2 minutes.Dommage car les plats sont convenables.Mais pour 32€ le menu ou 26€ un plat, il ne suffit pas de bien cuisiner, il faut respecter le métier et le client.PS : nos verres d'apéritif vides sont restés tout le repas sur la table. Pourtant les 12 serveurs sont passés un par un nous voir, mais soit ils ne sont pas du métier, soit ils se moquent du monde. En bref, pour ce prix il y a beaucoup mieux.
the place and beautiful but we are very disappointed. A Saturday night at 11:00 am not able to consume an irish coffee because the coffee machine is closed does not come under great professionalism. We were not well received. we are a group every time of a dozen people and we make the same reflection. Unfortunately, there is not another place on taussat.
I regret that the reception, respect for the customer and some days the kitchen is not at the level of the frame or the rate.
very good reception, pleasant staff, very beautiful terrace overlooking the basin of arcachon, really relaxing place. menu at 30 euros, amazing scallop foam, fish a little too cooked ... honest meal and wine, but the most important sometimes is the sublime view that can receive you from nature.

Concerning our meal we chose the menu at 32€:- delicious entry: a scallop-flat blown (and unfortunately for us it is the meal that deteriorates considerably). blanquette de seiches : no taste/fade. or are the flavors? We all took this dish and our opinion is unanimous. we felt that the squids were frozen and in the papillae: nothing happens. very disappointed because I was looking forward to the discovery of this dish. So much sauce that we couldn't see rice if the sauce had taste ... ratio quality price is better go to flunch. Really disappointed. Beautiful dessert. the meringue strawberries of good quality. But a very low-end Italian ice cream (sundae style of fast-food...).Made in view of this restaurant that has a lot of potential, we may have mischored our dishes...But being accustomed to good things (southwest oblige)! We are extremely disappointed.
if the place is very pleasant since it faces the Arcachon Basin its organization will be to review. If the staff is not to blame the too many accepted customers can lead to a lengthy service, dishes served warm like my seeds and fries they a little dry. as a dessert you will hardly have the choice and the desired ice will have only one fragrance: vanilla but no madagascar! My wife had chosen another meringue dessert that turned out to be so small that I fendued half of my ice to have a decent share. So I remain shared between quality and a certain left-go!
We ate there twice during our stay. the setting is beautiful, the warm welcome the card is alluring. the bar is delicious and desserts are worked, however friends have taken the beef tartar and have been sick all night and day after. After calling the restaurant to inform them, the reaction was minimal and no gesture to compensate for the white night, which we regretted.
