I have visited Time for Tea on several occasions, in fact they had just opened when I first visited them. They surpass the definition of a tea room by offering up their warm personalities as well as delicious cakes and quiches. They give you the friendliest of welcomes and make you feel very much at home. On occasion I have been a lone traveller and have always made sure that I am ok and have introduced me to some English people in the process. They run a immaculately clean, beautiful yet quirky "Yorkshire" focused tea room which would not look out of place in the poshest areas of Knitesbridge in London to the sleepiest parts of Cornwall. I go all over the world visiting tea rooms and can honestly say that this is one of my personal favourites. if you are in the area it is definitely worth a visit. Penelope from England.

This is not just a tea room, it does breakfast and lunches too. Everything sounded lovely on the menu, although we just has tea and cake as we had already had lunch. What we did have was superb and the owners are so friendly, you feel right at home. I am sure we will be back frequently.

If you like afternoon tea a l'anglaise you will love the selection of cakes, scones and sandwiches. Lunchtime choices are excellent. Well worth a visit.

Food was amazing! a lots of it too! The owner took time to chat with us and make us feel really welcome, she and her lovely waitress even posed for a photo with our teddy travel companion! We had the most wonderful brie, walnut and chutney salad - one of the best I have tasted. We will most definitely be back when we visit France next summer. Wendy & Wez

A simply charming english tea room...in the heart of Normandy, we both had the Bakewell Tart, which was delicious, and tea for two. Highly recommended, the owners are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We'll definitely be back.

We decided to have fish and chips here as we had read the reviews and they were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the friendly banter with the owners who were very welcoming. The food was excellent and we shall be going back

The friends we were staying with in France kindly took us out every day to somewhere different they discovered in the seven months since they emigrated. This little teashop proved to be just one of the highlights of our holiday with them. A very friendly Yorkshire welcome was extended immediately upon entering, and my wife and I were struck by the charming decor, so quintessentially British. The tea was to die for, the (Engish) bacon bun was huge in size and content, and the irresistible-looking quiche, which we purchased for teatime consumption later, also proved to be top class. Well worth a visit, simply wonderful.
