it is true that the welcome is very nice, but :the formula at 13€50 indicates PLAT/DESSERT/1 glass of wine. rather than wine, we took beer that was counted on us. not very normal I think, we could at least have a small discount, a half offered for example to compensate for the 2 glasses of wine.
