We arrive on 19/06 at the hotel's reception for the recording of our stay and we fall on a non-friendly and not welcoming staff, barely hello, as to the famous phrase we wish you a good stay we even do not even speak of it. We go back to our room, it is correct without more, but not to the height of a 4-star. The toilet was dirty, no remote to fix the air conditioning while there was the particle. As for the swimming pool, it looks more like a municipal swimming pool than that of a 4-star, and in addition not at all suitable for people with reduced mobility, a ladder with very narrow and slippery steps to get back there, so my mother couldn't enjoy it, a dirty jacuzzi, just like the whole pool corner. Now let's talk about the restaurant just good, and I'm nice because the fries aren't home, probably frozen. Fortunately, the restaurant's staff was kind and the gentleman (Guadeloupéan) who was at breakfast and whose name we forgot to ask, was very kind and very friendly. the reception staff would be good to take an example on him. Another anecdote about the reception staff, I went down one evening thinking that there was a fresh beverage dispenser, I ask the people of the reception who answer me that there is no. You think they told me, they could sell me a bottle of water? No, they let me go back without telling me. Finally I call the reception and I ask that we get a bottle of water, which is done a minute later. I would like to point out that on the hotel's fascicle regarding what can be ordered 24/24 there is food but that the drinks are not included. So wasn't that the people I asked if there was a distributor to tell me? Aren't they there for that? On the day of departure in principle, use wants to ask customers if they have spent a good stay, and yes it is and even in hotels without any stars and well in this hotel hardly goodbye. the reception of the departure . was worthy of the arrival, not friendly at all. I have made several 4-star hotels in several countries and I can assure you that this is not worth it. I advise people working at the reception that they buy a dictionary to see the definition of the word reception. but where did the famous French standards pass? This hotel is not at all at the height of a 4-star hotel and I advise it.

the place is large, cold, impersonal and the reception is nonexistent. You can enjoy a good time in the lobby before greeting you, to believe that you are part of the decor: you have become invisible.The hostess, semi- curly hair, not hairy and badly thirsty did not send us the slightest smile. The rest is identical: without soul.

We had the opportunity to have dinner 3 nights in this restaurant and we had a good time. very warm, very professional welcome, a good value for a nice table, dishes of very good quality. Good advice for wines! Anyway, you won't be disappointed!

We were in the second floor and we were delighted with the decorations and the renovation. the 1st floor is also being completely remade and really looks great too! warm welcome and very pleasant

We spent two nights in this hotel and we took advantage of the Jacuzzi and pool hammam. The only negative point is that bathrobes are for rent for relaxation space. the rooms are good size with a bathtub. The breakfast is hearty. There is a restaurant in the hotel but we preferred to eat in the shopping centre which is 1 km away. The parking lot is very large and free.

We had a very good stay. Breakfast is very hearty and very good, the hospitality staff is really nice and helpful! the rooms are comfortable and clean. However, the spa would deserve a small refreshment.
