Looks great from the outside and the inside. Friendly and welcoming service. Interesting menu and nice local wine list. Fair prices. Very promising but....then the food was only OK. Ah well.
Visited this restaurant while staying at a nearby campsite. The staff were helpful and friendly providing translations and recommendations on food and wine. The menu was varied with traditional Alsatian and French dishes. The food was fantastic and, at the price, offered great value for money compared with restaurants in England. Portion sizes were very generous too. Given all this, the restaurant was surprisingly quiet. Would thoroughly recommend going here and we certainly would have gone back had we been staying longer.
There is no AC - so inside or outside is the same in summer - hot, hot, hot! When I go to a new restaurant I generally rely on the personnel to recommend
