what I love are the surprises we meet on the road. when I am hungry, I will be irritable: when I told my friend that we had to get out the car route for lunch, he took the first exit and we landed in the small town of gruissan. as a seafood lover and never enough of it I wanted to eat more. I let my instinct lead us to la fleur de sel. When the menu was explained to us, I knew we were hitting the jackpot. freshly caught whelks, seafood knives (same category as oysters, whistles etc. and freshly caught otopus prepared by the young cook. Jesus! talk to the two young owners they told us they had to rebuild the bad call of this restaurant they took over a year ago! very impressed by the service, the quality and fresh of eating (to top off the lunch homemade profiterole for dessert and the love that these two young entrepreneurs seem to put in their new venture. I hope their passion for quality will pay in this small sleepy charming city!
