Les Vieilles Nouvelles - Gruissan

Grande découverte ! Service chaleureux, plat de coeur et succulent !

Visited this restaurant for dinner on 24/7. Very friendly and helpful man from bar opposite restaurant explained how the 3 adjoining businesses share seating arrangements (very helpful given our limited French). Had 5 dishes from tapas menu, all very tasty especially the chorizo and the beef tomatoes. Lovely friendly waitress and a most enjoyable experience. Visit this beautiful restaurant if you can.

Amongst all the offering of Gruissan Village Vielles Nouvelles is quirky and different. A la Carte and Tapas we went for 5 dishes off the tapas menu all of which were well cooked and well presented. We certainly had no complaints about the food or the service....possibly a bit prices for what it was and then having to pay cash because their card machine battery was flat was a bit poor

excellent small restaurant. we had a table inside, but with air conditioning was perfect. the decoration is beautiful. the device was perfect and eating excellent! I recommend this place for fish and tapas . and it is the first restaurant as not...have “steak friites” for children, but freshly cooked thunfisch steak !

hidden on this great little place today for lunch, end october, the wind on a sunny day. We looked at us more on the beach/Marina side, but many were closed or the ambiente was to surf dude! beautiful old town and here...when this restau explains the beautiful inviting patrone, it would be a small delay, which was absolutely good persuasive: excellent rasklamenabori

had a great dinner on recommended a local bar. eating is super-local and super fresh, in a bohemian and interesting building over two days with the cook in front of us in the first floor. I've always got the red one, too. interesting selection of local weeping they get a real sense for the best that the region has to offer.

This is a lovely restaurant the service was friendly and at the pace you would want when traveling in the SW of France enjoying your time over well presented , fresh food in a comfortable setting. The upstairs has outdoor seating that is a great...spot to tuck in and enjoy the scene. I plan to go again when traveling through Narbonne it’s a quick trip to Gruissan , which is such a gem of a get away in SW France and the food at Les vieilles nouvelles was fantastic!
