Planifie ta visite à L'Escale dès aujourd'hui. Niché dans le quartier animé de 24 quai Lenoir, 45500 Gien, France, notre restaurant est ouvert dès aujourd'hui, prêt à te servir nos plats typiques. Comme le suggèrent notre note 3.6 et nos commentaires 1056, nous n'offrons rien de moins qu'une expérience gastronomique de premier ordre.
camping cariste nous sommes nous avons découvert ce restaurant grâce à une boîte à merveille bonne réception et surtout très bon prix correct 27 e 50 il est bien présenté les plats faits maison détour !!!! et nous sommes restés la nuit sur le parking merci à ces restaurants qui nous offrent le bien du visuel ds nos assiettes
We were attracted by the menu and were not disappointed. It was the end of our holiday and we were pleased to find the restaurant and really enjoyed the cuisine. It was good value for money. The negative was the service. There was only one person in the kitchen and one serving a full restaurant of well over 30 people. The waitress was friendly and helpful. Another man was called in to serve but we had to go up to ask for our dessert. But we would recommend the restaurant and would go back again if we are in the area.
I went to this restaurant twice. The first time I tried a mouclade but the sauce was very watery and service left a lot to be desired - forgotten drinks, mistakes in the order.The second time there were tables set up outside and it seemed busy so we thought we would give it another try.Unfortunately this time we waited over an hour for our drinks and starter, the next course did not even arrive. 2 hours after being seated and having been told several times that the food is on its way we were told that they had run out of mussels. Unbelievable but true. Luckily there was a lovely chocolate and tea salon just round the corner and we had some gorgeous cakes and coffee there. If you fancy eating mussels whilst in Gien I suggest that you go to this resturant when it is empty.
Déjeuner en terrasse ensoleillée, portions copieuses d'une cuisine simple servies par un couple de restaurateurs décontractés et accueillants, addition légère : idéal quand on veut faire une pause sur la longue route des vacances. La terrasse est cependant située le long de la route passante, ce n'était pas bruyant ce jour de semaine et la vue sur le fleuve est reposante.
Nous avons très bien déjeuner dans ce restaurant sur le front de mer. C'était juste bon. Les toilettes étaient propres. Rien à dire
Les moules sont bonnes, c’est un plat frais, honnête, les frites ne sont pas mauvaises, nous pouvons déjeuner pour 10€. Le dessert est original, un peu trop sucré. juste devant la corniche, grande au soleil. le restaurant est calme, c'est agréable. service une brèche inexpérimentée. bon rapport qualité prix. J'ai passé un bon moment, je recommande.
We are in Gien for one night and choose this restaurant, good price menu 16.50 for 3 courses (2018), meals were freshly cooked, so comments about slow service were not what we found, we talked to some other customers who were tourists and they... had eat there for 3 nights. Eat well, no English spoken so advised to know what you want only dishes of the day that need translation.
This is a beautiful place for lunch. You can sit at the dock, let the Loire flow and enjoy the fantastic and very fresh shells. Service is sufficient The most important, finally we had a good coffee!! Not this water filter coffee.
