The Irish Belle - Confolens

Nous sommes arrivés à Confolens et vendredi, nous sommes allés chez la belle irlandaise pour essayer leur savoureux déjeuner. Mary est l'hôte d'une jeune irlandaise qui dirige la belle irlandaise seule. Nous nous sommes assis dans un joli café frais (la chaleur était incroyable dehors 31 heures). ce que nous utilisons pour résister aux intempéries en Irlande, nous avons commandé diverses choses, des sandwichs grillés, des crumpets avec du bacon et des œufs, un petit-déjeuner toute la journée avec du thé et du café frais tout au long, Mart a complété notre thé et débarrassé la table une fois terminé, nous avons choisi d'aller tout le porc et commandé gâteau parmi la large gamme de gâteaux frais, de scones et de petits pains tous fabriqués par Mary, nous avions un gâteau aux carottes, un pain aux fruits frais et un autre avait un scone avec de la confiture fraîche et de la crème, le café est magnifique avec une gamme exceptionnelle de produits qui peuvent être achetés de tout , biscuits, sauces, saucisses au bacon, sachets de thé, etc., tous expédiés à ses clients. Je ne peux pas en dire assez sur ce bel endroit niché dans cette belle ville, un excellent rapport qualité-prix et quelque chose pour tout le monde ici à la belle irlandaise.

De passage dans la vallée de la vienne , venez vous imprégner vous de la culture Irlandaise en dégustant des mets délicieux . Les habitants locaux sont le gage de la qualité de l'accueil et du repas .

Mary is so welcoming and extremely friendly, the ultimate hostess and it is a lovely place to go. Food good especially the cakes and scones. Handy for the shop side also.

We have just bought in the area and was over for a short break. The weather was cold and we wanted a hot drink. We were greeted warmly and people also moved tables so we could all sit together, there was a lot of ex pats inside and atmosphere was friendly, the tea was strong just as we like it and served quickly and with a smile, we will be back when we are over again in April to sample the breakfast

I have visited here a few times now and have always been greeted warmly by Mary, the owner who is very friendly and chatty with her customers. Mary makes all of the food herself which is delicious and presented to a high standard. This little place is usually busy at lunch times with French locals, Ex pat locals and many visitors to the area and is like a little hub in the community. There is an array of dry and tinned food items to purchase along with a selection of homemade cakes and a large range of herbal teas. There is a cosy leather sofa area and fast wifi and there is an obvious pleasant and happy atmosphere about the place, felt from the moment you walk though the door. A lovely unique little place in the centre of Confolens.

Came here with my sister. Acknowledged as soon as we walked in. Service the best we had no waiting ordered a coffee it was lovely. ordered a jacket potato with cheese and salad all freshly prepared really enjoyed it. The Full English breakfast really lovely. A lovely warm caring welcome & asked if everything OK with food very reasonable prices too. Going to miss this place but shall definitely return without a doubt. A friendly place for all

I have eaten quite a number of times at "The Irish Belle". The food is nice, the service is good and the tea rooms are absolutely immaculately clean. The atmosphere is fantastic and I always leave Mary's very content. I would recommend "The Irish Belle" to everyone. They have a really good choice of English groceries as well.

While on a holiday enjoying all France had to offer, myself and my partnerand a good friend visited the Irish Belle tea rooms in confolens last week for a bite to eat while sightseeing around that particular area,we were greeted with a warm welcome from the Irish Lady who ran the place which itself was a warm cosy and friendly atmosphere, My partner and his friend ordered a full irish breakfast and i ordered home baked apple pie and fresh cream we also got three cans of coke for afters, overall we thoroughly enjoyed our food and found it to be very filling and reasonably priced at only 25euros, could not have been made feel more welcome or at home and could not fault the food, will definitely visit the Irish Belle again while on holiday from Ireland :) A taste of home and well reccomended, Enda and Anita.
