l'accueil est souriant et la décoration traditionnelle. La cuisine est savoureuse et les plats et menus sont abordables. Restaurant incontournable sur châtellerault, ambiance et saveurs rafraîchissantes. Adresse rare dans le coin, de plus l'emplacement est agréable, petite promenade digestive le long de la come pratique.
the kitchen I didn't know, was really good. we chose according to the direction of the manager and were not disappointed. a surprising cuisine but from flavors I didn't know.
We're going fairly regularly to this restaurant. we found the quality down from our last visits. Lamb meat a little hard and fish with a weird taste. The most surprising: the cb machine was broken so no card, but no lunch checks either, and no bank check either! The boss takes only species! I find it abnormal, I had to walk 500 m in the cold to go to a distributor. And do you think we were offered coffee or drinks? No, very nice and embarrassed waitresses do what they can. But the mahal taj lost a client.

from the entrance we found the strange welcome; The server didn't look happy to see us... The room is small, poorly appointed, clean limit. The seats are uncomfortable and we have to battle with the tables to sit in a narrow passage. Just sitting down, the gentleman tells us that "the machine is out" and that we can't pay in blue cards. We ask if we can pay by cheque, we are answered by the negative... because there are too many checks without provisions...in clear, we are being treated as thieves. Not having enough liquid money on me, we left. Too bad, we wanted to eat Indian, but we are not at the service of these people.
The only Indian restaurant in chestnut is excellent. I regularly appreciate the lamb tikka masala, the nans and many other traditional dishes. The service is adorable. A good place we can and must make his canteen.
1st time at the mahal taj really not disappointed it was very good and hearty spicy as it was necessary decor and mood music nor which really a good friendly and helpful waiter restaurant we will go back and we recommend.
Everything is in the title. if you like spicy cuisine and stirred in sauce this restaurant is for you. For me one of the best catelleraults. We're having fun.
