lunch at the height of the wait, a shame to hear throughout the reflexion service quite moved from the manager to his employees without mad guard and in front of the client, the waitresses are much more aggressive yet. a little discretion of the staff encadrement would not be too much!
passing on the holiday road, we stopped in this del arte. a chain already known and has once again satisfied us: fast service, quality reception and tasty dishes at all for a reasonable price. A very good address!
Despite a very attractive card and dishes that perfectly match the promise of the card, the taste buds ask again...The service is pleasant with smiling ladies but so long. It's a shame to see them do tricks in the restaurant, to come and go empty in getting rid of the tables and to bring us our dishes.To know the profession, we felt a lack of professionalism, the young ladies do not seem to be framed. They put a lot of energy there, but seem to be lost by lack of organisation.
the dishes are of good quality even if the osso buco arrived cold after 1 hour waiting. desserts are too simple for the price and also take an hour to arrive. We ate well in the whole but 2 hours to eat a dish and a dessert is much too long especially with children. Too bad.
It was the month of the mozzarella! So we took a pizza at the mozza, my wife and I! Both sick all night. due to the heat, probably produces more very fresh. restaurant not air conditioned while we were told the opposite an hour before by phone (all day, it has been 38 °). Infective ice cream (neapolitan chocolate, for having eaten in naples, is a joke) waitress with a totally nonexistent smile for an addition of 70 euros. Pass your way!
We overnighted in b and b, on the middle of the arte and when you went to dinner there, you got 15% off. Now del arte is an Italian restaurant, but not just one. You can order an extensive meal, but also a simple pizza. It looks nice and the service is really good.
