We went with family to this restaurant. the frame is rather nice and the simple but pleasant decor. We ordered a smoked salmon salad, shrimp. which were drowned by a thick vinaigrette sauce. Too bad it broke the taste of the dish and it had to sponge with a lot of bread all this sauce. The potatoes of the resistance dish were cooked from the recuites and the burnt limit. meat was very good and cooking respected. Finally the pineapple carpaccio was not tasted and was hard, damage because the presentation of the dish was rather successful. I think I'll still hear this restaurant one day because we feel there's an effort in the presentation and search for originality of the dishes. You have to work the right dosage and balance of dishes and ensure a constant quality.
