Planifie ta visite à La Goutte Noir dès aujourd'hui. Niché dans le quartier animé de 21 rue du Chateau, 18370 Chateaumeillant, France, Châteaumeillant, notre restaurant est ouvert dès aujourd'hui, prêt à te servir nos plats typiques. Comme le suggèrent notre note 4.5 et nos commentaires 198, nous n'offrons rien de moins qu'une expérience gastronomique de premier ordre.
La salle du restaurant est entourée de verdure (à l'extérieur) et il y a aussi plusieurs grandes plantes vertes dans la salle. Les amuses-bouches sont goûteux et nous avions choisi les mignons de porc à la sauce normande. Dans ce plat, il y a très peu de sauce, les légumes sont donnés au compte-gouttes : il y a une petite demi pomme de terre, avec quelques tranches de champignons, accompagnée d'une brochette de 5 fruits (raisins et autres), tout cela ne constitue pas un plat savoureux surtout que la viande est dure et n'a pas de quoi émoustiller vos papilles !Les desserts sont bons.Arrivés les premiers nous avons dû attendre plus d'une demi-heure avant d'être servis, ce qui nous a surpris, je suis déçu d'être rentré dans cet établissement..
Une adresse à conseiller pour des repas en amis. La cuisine est très honorable, tout comme le rapport qualité/prix.
We had promised ourselves to go to the Goutte Noir for a while but never really got there!!! At last we succeeded with a group of friends. It's a bit like a large greenhouse with 1970-1980s furniture. I note that a lot of reviews are from British and maybe that is the appeal, it is not French!!!!! in appearance, and for us had no atmosphere! A big disappointment as there are many restaurants in the region that fit the French atmosphere feeling. Saying that the food was very good. The set Menu du Jour was a reasonable price and although I personally don't like a load of lettuce leaves put on a plate with a bit of cured ham and half an egg, that was the starter, the main a choice of Pork or Fish was very pleasant. The cheese trolley was extensive and the desserts good All in all a lovely meal but I would not go back as there is more to a lunch gathering than the food!! The ambience as well has to be there
What a superb little find! We had the set lunch. There are a choice of 2 dishes per course and you get a cheese course. The options are varied and the food itself was delightful. The cheese trolley is immense, make sure you try the local options. We shared a carafe of white wine which was very nice even though it was the house wine. For the quality of the food and with the cheese trolley we found the price for whole meal to be exceptionally good value. We'll be back again very soon.
Called in today for lunch and was very pleasantly surprised. We have tried most of the restaurants in a radius of about 30 km. and this must be one of the best and the lunch menu, 'menu du jour' must be the best value.There was a choice of two starters, two main courses, cheese and two desserts.For those with bottomless pockets there is also an 'à la carte' service.There are a number of formulas for the set lunch - ours was four courses, a half litre of wine and coffee for €18 per head.The quality of service, standard of cooking and presentation was excellent and the cheese trolley was something you will only find in top establishments; with each variety labelled separately and served at the table.This will not be our last visit!
Très beau décor. Service impeccable. Cuisine traditionnelle excellente. Les desserts sont très élaborés. Christelle qui assure le service veille à tout. Les mises en bouche sont recherchées.
This place has not only good food but is also very hospitable. As a foreigner in france, have you ever had the feeling that the french do not make an effort to speak any other language then french? Well, this place provedme wrong! The waitress did everything in her powerto explain the menu. Go there and enjoy the way the french can be when they are happy to see foreigners :)... dont get me wrong I love France (most of the time)
Cadre parfait pour une cuisine sans aucun défaut. Prix extrêmement corrects et service super chaleureux.Pas de doute pour moi, l'un des meilleurs du département dans la catégorie "Gastronomique", si ce n'est le meilleur en rapport de la qualité et du prix. Les produits sont tous plus frais les uns que les autres. Les surprises en cours de repas sont géniales.Nous y retournerons, plus nombreux et très impatients de découvrir d'autres saveurs surement toutes aussi bonnes.MERCI !!!
