En visitant Cauterets fin mars, nous avons constaté que même s'il restait encore 3 semaines de saison de ski, la plupart des restaurants de la ville étaient fermés le mardi et le mercredi (mauvaise nouvelle pour nous sur notre séjour de 2 nuits). La Sierra était cependant ouverte aux affaires, la première nuit, nous avons été refoulés car complet, nous avons fait une réservation pour la 2ème nuit et avons pris un délicieux repas dans une atmosphère très détendue et agréable. Le service était excellent et la serveuse très sympathique et serviable. Merci La Sierra pour cette belle soirée et pour votre ouverture !

friendly welcome of the boss. family atmosphere and relaxed for this restaurant. the menu is varied and offers many local dishes in very good quantity. The child menu is very good. prices are really correct. for certain menus, a small sum is donated to local associations (soa, restos of the Heart, ...), very beautiful initiative. The kitchen is family, simple and efficient (it is very good). The boss, who is only at the service, gets out of hand so that the customers can be served as soon as possible and don't miss anything. not always easy when the room is full. bravo for this energy!!! to those who would reproach for a slight waiting, are you not on vacation and should not be relaxed .... a little corner games has been arranged in the restaurant for children, perfect for them to take care of the time that adults finish their meal! and the boss takes the time to give them leaves and pencils so that they draw! We discovered with pleasure this little restaurant of cauterets and spent a very pleasant time with family and friends (we were 8). Do not hesitate to cross the door, you will not be disappointed. we went there during our family holidays and were very welcome with our children 2 and 4 years old. Moreover there is all that is necessary for them (good menu, nice table to eat, games, aquarium, dog). the meal we chose was excellent: kir, garbide, truffle, chocolate mousse, Basque cake, bologna crozets.
