This place specialises in well-cooked French classics at a decent price. If you want something quite intimate, book a table in the front room. If you have a larger party, the greenhouse type room at the back can also be nice (but it is noisier). Very convenient for after shopping.

Let's say first that it wasn't "terrible". No unpleasentness of any kind. Wairess was nice, the room was crowded but not too noisy, the food didn't make me sick, and it was not expensive. But that's all there is. Maybe I was too enthousiatic about the photo but i expected a bit more. I took the beef carpatio and it was bad. Oddly it was completely mixed with a sauce (that's the first point, can you not let me arrange the sauce as I want on my own ?) with was not really what I would expect for a carpatio (like lemon juice, olive oil or vinaigrette). I sincerely think it was ketchup and mayonnaise ... Which make me think that I was eating at a high school low budget cafeteria ...The creme brulée then was fine.Without wine it costs us around 43€ for two (carpatio+Cesar salad+2 crème brulée).Also the proportion were too big for us (but this is a general trend for us). Unless super hungry, I wouldn't go back there. Even though they have a nice set up and the waiters seems like sympathic guys.

First night in Paris we found this place on TripAdvisor. It had good reviews and was close to our hotel. We went for a romantic meal for two. It was terrible! It took 30mins to order drinks then when we ordered food it still had not arrived 1 and a half hours later. When we spoke to the waiter he said it would be 10 minutes. During our time waiting for the meal 6 other tables who arrived after us had been served their food, two of which who had complained about their meal and incorrect drink order. Really disappointing start to our break in Paris.

***Lovely terrasse at the back*** All three of us had very generous and tasty salads, so cannot comment on the starters and hot dishes. The rosé was a good mid-range, for a fair price. The café gourmand is indeed very yummy and again generous!

Excellent food in a nice ambiance. The salmo tartare (starter) and tuna (main) were delicious. Friendly waitors. English understood and spoken. Only con was the dessert: too big and far too much chocolate sauce on the brioche. Still, I'd go to the place again.

Got a table here on a Wednesday evening without booking but it was still busy all evening. Food was good though not outstanding even considering the price. But good value with our meal for 2 with 2 courses €70 but we were drinking beer not wine. Good atmosphere and mix of clients: young couples, business, tourists and families. Not a destination but great if you are in the area.

This restaurant was close to our hotel and we ate there because of the good reviews. The menu did not contain many meals that would normally be our first choices. We went on a Friday night and the waiter spoke good English, was helpful with the choice of wine and gave very good service. The food was excellent my partner had fish with creamy risotto and I had tagine with couscous both meals would not be our first choices anywhere but the were very tasty. Saturday evening this seemed to be the only restaurant open in the street so unplanned we ate here again. The waiters spoke less English but we should speak more French and we had the shoulder of lamb for two, it came with chips and was more than enough for the two of us, the lamb was delicious. This is a super restaurant that deserves all the good reviews it gets.
