L'entrecôte - Bordeaux

On ne change pas d'équipe qui gagne ! J'y suis allé en 2016 et j'ai passé de nouveau ce 04 mars 2022 Pas de réservation... les portes ouvertes à 19h en tant que montre suisse que je suis arrivée à 18h30, ont pris la file de quelque 60 personnes.... A l'ouverture tant de gens étaient derrière moi Les portes vous ouvrent les quelques pas pour gagner les planchers Le restaurant est rempli, vous êtes bien placé, pas de carte, petite salade verte avec des noix bien-saisonnées arrive, vous êtes invité à cuisiner, boire, et il est parti! Essayez , vous serez ravis qualité de viande

Préparez-vous à arriver au moins 30 minutes avant l'ouverture... longue attente. Notre jolie serveuse TRÈS, sa chair tendre TRÈS, cuite à notre goût, frites à volont et très bonne. Délicieux et très copieux dessert que nous avons mangé à 2. Très bon marché et à un coût très raisonnable. Seulement hic, les portes du placard s'ouvrent et ferment un peu bruyant. Mais je reviendrai.

although the name of the restaurant is entrecôte, it actually sells faux fillet as a menu item. in the evening it opens around 19 o'clock, but there is already a long line before it opens. there are many tables inside, so if they have luck, they can open when the door opens, otherwise they will have to wait a long time. I waited 50 minutes to enter in the situation, so naturally the taste was good, but it looks like a simple salat and french fries, but it is really delicious. the server told me that they can order the meat as rare, medium or well cooked (there is no medium good in France). By the way, they can also order blue, which means raw meat. they were friendly and serve the flesh so it won't get cold, and it was delicious. a taste to wait for.

with so many culinary possibilities in bordeaux, why the locals eat for hours in L’Entrecote? only a menu, but delicious beaf and fritted as my man likes it.

this restaurant is right into business, and I loved it. wein, steak, pommes. everything was delicious (although I wish the steak was a bit hotter, my was only warm). I still loved the whole experience and would go back.

Was nervous it would be overrated but it absolutely was not. It is truly incredible and an unforgettable experience! We showed up at 11:30am and got in right away when they opened at 12:00pm. One of the best steaks! The wine and profiteroles are a must.

We saw the great reviews and the rather large queue at the door and it just seemed like a place we had to visit. We arrived at 1910 and had to queue for nearly an hour and a half. But the food was just incredible. The sauce and the steak was divine and the house wine was a great accompaniment. I would recommend this for anyone who has one of these great restaurants in the city they visit
