Came here after dropping our luggage at our apartment. Arrived about 10.30pm and needed to eat/drink after the journey. Ordered few plates of snacks. Highlight being the foie gras with fig and toasts. Delicious and cheap! Wide range of beers and ales. Board games and darts to play. Friendly locals and staff. Came to be a our 'local' while on holiday. As fans of rock music, we enjoyed the music/atmosphere but being over 30, we also appreciated the volume not being too loud! Great little pub.
if you are a beer lover this is a must-go in Bordeaux. Their long beer list along with the friendly clientele make Le Lucifer a great bar. The decor is hors concours: The bar was named after an alledged finding in the premises. The only bad points: despite the smoking ban, the owner will smoke inside. And, cash only, so make sure you got it before venturing into Lucifer's beerland at your own risk.
For me as a beer drinker this place was such a relief! We got to Bordeaux very late that night and it took some time to get a hotel so after whole fuss it was so great to find this bar just on the way to the down town. Although Belgium beer is not my favorite I really enjoyed it and I appreciated the professional way waiters pour it into glass. Speaking of waiters, girl that served us was really really nice and helpful counting in that very few french speak English. And food was great, bar full of chatty young locals. The only thing I didn't really like was the end of bar hall where we were sitting - it was bit messy and not very cozy.

Très bon accueil. Le service et parfait. et une très bonne qualité au niveau de la cuisine. On dispose d'un large choix de bière.
De passage sur Bordeaux, super bar, bon choix de bière et équipe très sympathique !

Large choix de bières à la pression de qualité, bonne musique et ambiance sympa pour ce bar un peu en dehors de l'hyper centre
