L'Esprit du Sud-Ouest - Blagnac

Nous sommes restés à proximité et c'était l'endroit le plus proche de l'hôtel. Il y avait beaucoup de monde alors nous l'avons essayé. Ils n'ont pas de menus en anglais et un seul membre du personnel parlait anglais. La nourriture était correcte et à un prix raisonnable, mais j'ai demandé un steak moyennement saignant, mais il était si bleu qu'un bon vétérinaire aurait pu le faire marcher à nouveau. J'ai demandé un café au lait et j'ai eu un café noir et tout à coup, quelqu'un a parlé anglais. Je ne mangerais plus ici

J'ai invité un ami de la famille mauricien dans ce restaurant et il était très heureux de pouvoir essayer un plat local appelé Cassoulet qu'il a vraiment apprécié avec un bon verre de Saint-Mont. Ce restaurant est spécialisé dans la bonne cuisine du sud-ouest.

On our evening visit, as a couple, we thoroughly enjoyed an excellent meal with great service and good, reasonably-priced wines. Two weeks later, with three work colleagues, our lunch was mediocre: nothing terrible but nothing special either. The service was slow, and the meal was average - there are several other restaurants around the north and east of the airport (in Blagnac and Cornebarrieu) that offer similar lunches at cheaper prices, or better meals at similar prices. I suspect that at lunchtime, when it is busier and people have to dine within time limits, the kitchen and serving staff are stretched and cannot cope.

The food is very good, you can find most of the traditional dishes from south west of France. However it is not normal to spend every time two hours there due to very long service. I went three times, I tried to ask from the menu to be faster and it was the same, very very long service.Once I went with clients, they have been very disappointed too. Moreover last time, we asked for table wine. We didn't expect a very good wine but it was impossible to drink it. The same for table around. We proposed us a more expensive wine without any compensation.It's shame, this restaurant has everything to be a good restaurant but I don't recommend it except if you want to take your afternoon off.

Was staying at the very near Fasthotel and was recommended by the hotel to eat here. Excellent meal at a good price with rather a nice glass of red at a very reasonable price! Service was excellent, although I did have to wait quite a while for someone to come out of the kitchen and see that I was waiting. Would happily go back.

Oh i wish we had such a place to indulge our palates near our airports in Australia! What a lovely surprise. Charming staff and tres gentile. Service was excellent and food delicious.

While somehow not obvious to find, this place is worth knowing! Great food from Sud Ouest area, lovely decoration and outside patio, very nice employees and owner.

This restaurant is convenient because it's very close to the airport and the Fasthotel. The service is good. I ordered a salad, which was decent (the veggies were fresh). It came with toast points with melted cheese and the cheese package label was melted right into one of them. The overwhelming smell of incense, which I find quite pleasant in yoga-studio contexts, made me wonder what odor they were trying to hide.
