An excellent Chef in a very pleasant setting! The search for flavors, the presentation of the dishes, the service, everything was perfect. The terrace next to the Canal du Midi is very relaxing. Nice food, nice terrace right at the banks of th Canal du Midi. The restaurant is much much better then you’d expect by the looks of it. Also accessible by boat.
