Endroit atypique au top, gérants très très accueillants, découverte de vins exceptionnels, Tapas simples qui se marient à la perfection avec les vins proposés. Deux soirée entre Amis consécutives car une seule ne suffi pas. Le gérant sait d'où vient ses vins va lui même les découvrir pour les transmettre à ses clients. Moments vraiment parfait !!! Inspiré e très super! Inspiré is a great place to go during the day to have a coffee and see the work of the current artist being exhibited. When I was there Jim Carey was being exhibited. Although I didn't buy an original piece there were prints and cards also on offer. Ang also makes a great cup of coffee! On Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights the wine bar comes alive. Even if there is only a few people the place has a buzz about it. The wine is always divine and is sourced from local vineyards! House wine is €2 for a glass or €10 for a decanted bottle. The house wine is great but try some of the other bottles on sale. Matt knows all there is to know about Languedoc wine and has some of the best wine I have ever tasted. If you tell him what you like he'll be able to recommend you something that you'll love so much that you'll want to take a bottle home! The events at Inspiré are amazing. They have music outside on the terrace which allows you-more often then not- to enjoy the lovely south of France summer. I was lucky enough to see numerous bands play at Inspiré as well as an English theatre group perform Shakespeare in Shorts. I was even invited up on stage to play Juliet in one scene! Ang and Matt who run the place are simply terrific and they really go that extra mile to put on exhibitions and events that are not only entertaining but are also memorable! If you are going to Inspiré for an event then I definitely recommend booking for food as the portions are very generous and fresh! Ang is a vegetarian so they are happy to make you up a vegetarian meal.

Ambiance to die for. Great wines, good food, nice peeps, music and dancing... what more could a boy want ? They also have a red from La Livinière - "Nu et Culotté" - which is very very good and is a 'vin nature'. Unusual.

Have now been to quite a few events ....always a pleasure to attend. Hospitality is beyond words! Food is always excellent. And displays of current art wok an experience not to be missed.

Run by a young couple from England, this serves as a art gallery, wine bar and venue just by the main street in Azille. Wine tours are also offered. The owners are extremely friendly and have an excellent rapport with their customers. Go for a visit and you'll want to go back.

We were hooked last year and had to return! Lovely apero with friends and we met a few new ones too. This place has a great atmosphere , wonderful wine and some amazing art and music events. Make sure you check the opening hours first but don't miss this place! Matt and Angie clearly put heart and soul into everything they do here !

We had a fantastic day yesterday with Matt and Angie. We were treated to a fabulous lunch (locally sourced), and afterwards we were taken around some local wineries by Matt, whilst the kids were well looked after by Angie. Matt's knowledge of the area and wines were second to none and we enjoyed sampling the local wines safe in the knowledge that our kids were fine. It was much needed adult time! Matt picked us up/dropped us off so we didn't need to worry about driving- even better! I would highly recommend the family option for those who wouldn't usually drag their children round various wineries. everyone had a great time!
