Excellent presentation and combination of ingredients. This chef is very creative and if you like truffle there are many options here. There is also a vegetarian option as well as non truffle items. A small but well chosen wine list, all reasonable priced. The experience exceeded our expectations in all measures. Who knew that ice cream and truffle could taste so good!
Dinner with friends last night in Restaurant La Truffle. All 4 ordered a different meal. Excellent presentation, good quality and quantity. All 3 meat dishes and the fish dish was delicious, taste full and very well prepared. Worthwhile to pay a visit to La Truffle.Well done.rrm
Best evenings spent during our holiday. The beef was so succulent and inexplicably well-prepared it made me want to move to this town! Loved it!
We stay in Aups about every other year with family and always enjoy the little town, the cafes, the bakeries and going to a number of eateries. This place was a real delight, everyone enjoyed the various meals.
La Truffle can appear expensive but what you actually get is more than the three courses you select. (Both times we ate here we selected from a fixed price menu.)We were given two amuse-bouch before our staters arrived. The main causes arrived in due course after this a cheese course was brought (not ordered) and finally the dessert. We ate at La Truffe twice during our visit and were given different amuse-bouch on each occasion.All was totally delicious and very pretty to look at. The service by the waiting staff was attentive.
The food in this restaurant really is excellent. I never really understood the 'foodie' idea of little blobs of sauce and tiny cubes of that until I ate here. The little blobs and tiny cubes are absolute taste sensations and don't get me started on the sauce I had with my duck - superb. We always go to this restaurant when we visit Aups. You know you will be guaranteed a really special food experience here. All four of us thoroughly enjoyed everything from the amuse bouch to the dessert.
If you want a touch of class, try this restaurant! The local ingredients are imaginatively prepared to create tasty, beautifully presented dishes. The chef has a flare. The menus are varied, and as the name of the restaurant suggests, there is a truffle menu. We love to dine here, and this would be our number one choice in Aups
A very comfy modern spacious place. The restaurant was full of people& the food & service good infact we had excellent food. I expect we shall go back quite often we enjoyed ourselves.
