The lunch over there is super. It a a place where lots of yacht crew are hanging out. You always meet someone there.

After more than 35 years in the yachting industry I try to avoid these haunts of my youth. But if you are looking for a lively atmosphere, good Brit food and plenty of beer then this is your place.
This place is ok for a quick drink or a snack so long as you don't mind being choked out by cigarette smoke. The food choice is small but ok if you need a snack while drinking, I think the drinks are expensive. There is one toilet cubicle for the boys and one for the girls, there is almost always a queue to use them and they are not that pleasant to visit. If you are running a bar tab, keep a close eye on the charges and the change that you receive.
A rainy Sunday turned into a nice lunch !! A warm atmosphere , very good ingredients and cooking and a nice wine list turned our lunch into a memorable meal !
The atmosphere is really great, service is relatively good and the food is excellent for a pub. Possibly slightly overpriced menu, but it is made up for with the great vibe and quality of the food!
Pleasantly surprised by the flavour and quality of the food- burgers and wraps are recommended but value for money is questionable and overpriced. Drinks are reasonably priced and service although attentive could have been better
A great place to relax and enjoy. Brilliant breakfast, good food all round and friendly staff. Asked to see some footy finals from Australia and the staff willingly helped find them. Also a great pool table and plenty of willing players.
