One of the best and most tasty meal on my vacation. I was hungry, and unfortunately my French is VERY limited, so it also can be difficult for me when ordering food. But the waiter spoke english really well, and was very welcoming (not all places I have visited here have been hospitable to me as a foreigner). He helped me with a recommendation, and the food was AMAZING!!! I left very satisfied, and even the price was reasonable too! Turns out this is a great family run business. I have 1 more night left here, and I am most likely going to return to try another dish it was so good!!! Plus the staff was again, very friendly and made it a comfortable atmosphere for me as well.
Myself & my husband treated ourselves to another fanatic meal at Hot N Spicy on the evening of thursday 22nd September 2016. Food was amazing (just like the last time in 2015). The lady that served us was just brilliant, friendly & so kind.
There are many good reasons for going to the naturist quarter of Cap d'Agde, but Hot N Spicy is very much one of them for us. We go back every year and get a warm welcome and excellent food. There's plenty of choice from a range of Far Eastern cuisines, all well cooked and presented.
In any big city in the world this restaurant would by a quite unexceptional asian eatery. But being in the naturist quarter of Cap d'Agde it offers a double surprise. First- the food is quite good, in a sharp contrast to most of the restaurant fare here. Secont - the food can be realy hot and spicy, something very rare in France. N
We went there for a dinner. The starters to share and the salad were very good.I was impressed, then I got my raw prawns with ginger and garlic that I could not eat as the garlic was so strong and the prawns so gelatinous that I left my dish almost untouched. My wife had a chicken curry very average and my friend a boboon which I tried and didn't like. The owner is going through the tables speaking and laughing unpleasantly very loudly. We waited 20 mn to get the bill with the remains of our dishes in our dirty plates in front of us.When we left our table was not cleared . The wife s owner is working hard, but cannot cope with the job to be done satisfactorily.
Over the past few years I've frequented many restaurants in the naturist village and have been disappointed with either the poor service or over priced tasteless food but Hot N Spice is FANTASTIC, great food backed up with good service and a charismatic owner who is welcoming and enthusiastic about his food. 5 Stars. Ps. The chilli sauce will blow your socks off lol.
Very nice restaurant, good and well preparerd dishes. The staff was really helpful and kind.We will come again for dire!!
