We have visited and stayed in Bisanne for 4-5 years in a run. We prefer eating here then in Les Saises as the resturant itself has a lovely chich interior decorated with retro ski gear and signs, the food is good wuality, service is polite and friendly and standards have not dropped over the last 5 years.Bisanne is a quiter part of the Espace Diamant - so if you are going off season dont leave it too late to go the resturant or they may close early. They serve good local products at a fiar price. We have just returned for our trip this year and we happily eat there every night. they also do apres ski drinks and crepes.Staff are very friendly and it is not uncommon to be offered some complimentary genepi at the end of your meal. Overall a delightful little restaurant that maintains good quality local food at reasonable prices.
We have been going to Bisanne for the last 4/5 years. Every thime we return we look forward to chilling in the sun after a good days skiing with a beautfil coupe de champagne at LR&JD's.The champane is high quality, very reasonably priced and is available by the glass if you only want a glass or two.The staff are very friendly and also stock some local products, wine and of course champagne to buy.The hot chocolates are very impressive and actually reasonably priced. If you are skiing in the espace diamant it is definately worth a visit.
