I stopped here for lunch as I was passing the village because it was very close to the A15 motorway / D14 exit heading west from Paris towards Rouen. My table overlooked the small inner courtyard with a miniature decorative swimming pool.I had a glass of champagne to start for €10 which came with some small mises en bouche. I then had the €89 five course lobster menu which had a glass of wine with each course except the dessert but whereas the serving of champagne had been generous, the glasses of wine were extremely small. The waiter came to my table with a bottle of Sauternes when my dessert arrived and I thought he was offering me a glass on the house but I was charged €9 for it which left me feeling slightly swindled. The food was good but not great. The salad was a bit limp with the starter and the dessert was rather basic.I was almost the last person to leave but nobody bothered to show me to the door or give me my coat back which left me unsatisfied with the whole experience.
