A small restaurant in an old building in the historic town of St Jean d'Alcas about a 10 minute drive from St Affrique. The food is different and good - very tasty with a nice combination of flavours. The 25 euro menu offers three courses with a couple of choices for each course (more for the dessert). The lamb was excellent. If you are not too hungry opt for a starter and dessert. The panna cotta was particularly good. The wines are reasonably priced again with a good selection. The service was friendly and perhaps a little bit slow but the food was worth waiting for.You do have to climb quite a few steps to reach the restaurant and there did not appear to be any handicap access but it is an old building. It has been completely renovated inside in a sympathetic way.
