Cured Corsican ham, Corsican cheese, chestnuts, figs and seasonal veggies - it seems that all their dishes are based on these ingredients, mixed in various proportions and combinations, with a modern touch. The result is not bad at all. Ordered the omlette prepared with chestnuts flour and sheep cheese (tomme de brebis?) and I liked it. Good selection of cured ham (charcuterie) and Corsican cheeses. Generous salads. Almost all their desserts are based on chestnuts - a chestnut symphony. Even the beer - Pietra - is brewed with chestnuts flour. The terrace is casual and cozy, located under a large and shady fig tree. The waiter was very kind. Relaxed atmosphere and decent prices, comparing to seaside Corsican resorts.
